Each order is inspected and packaged with care before being shipped however sometimes things occur in transit that are out of our control. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any damages. We will replace products for any damages during shipment. In the event a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund. If you wish to opt in for a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund your product minus the actual cost of shipping. Please submit a picture of the damaged product, the box and stamp of certification to support@mayberrymanorcandleco.com within 72hrs of delivery. While not every order can be returned, replaced or exchanged, we are committed to resolving any issue to make sure you are completely happy with your product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items ineligible for refund:

  1. Sales items (including items purchased with a Discount Code)
  2. Customized Items
  3. Items marked "Non-returnable" on the product page
  4. Gift cards
  5. Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  6. Lost or stolen items
  7. Any item that has been used or is not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  8. Any order where the tracking states it has been delivered. We do offer reshipments once our shipping carriers fulfill our shipping claim

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us at support@mayberrymanorcandleco.com  if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.
