My Story

Mayberry Manor Candle Company was born out of a simple belief: that one carefully placed candle can transform a space, bringing peace, calm, and even a touch of therapy to your day. My journey into candle making started with a moment that changed everything, COVID-19. Like many of us, the pandemic threw me into a world of uncertainty, and I found myself searching for something, anything, to hold onto.

I threw myself into various hobbies to pass the time—baking, gardening, binge-watching, and, eventually, candle making. It was through the flicker of a candle that I discovered something unexpected: peace. The process of making candles became a sanctuary. It was the one thing that calmed my mind amidst the chaos, and it became my escape.

I dove deep into learning about waxes, wicks, and fragrances. At times, it felt like a lot of trial and error, but it was also incredibly rewarding. I was able to pour my energy into something beautiful, and the more I created, the more I realized that I wanted to share this with others—something natural, vegan, and toxin-free, that would bring a sense of calm and creativity to anyone who lit it.

And so, Mayberry Manor Candle Company was born, with a mission to bring a little luxury into every home while keeping a focus on giving back. For every candle sold, we donate a meal through Feeding America and Sarah’s Circle, because we believe in the power of small acts of kindness. Lighting a candle shouldn’t just brighten your room—it should also help brighten someone else’s day.
